Welcome to SOARCON 2025

We are excited to have you join the 7th National Conference on Osteoarthritis, organized by the Society for Osteoarthritis Research (SOAR) and the West Bengal Branch of Indian Rheumatology Association (WBBIRA). Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure a smooth registration process.

Important Notes

  • Early Bird Discounts are available only until 30th April 2025. After this date, the standard rates apply, as indicated above.

  • Spot registration at the venue will be subject to availability.

  • Workshops require additional payment as indicated above.

  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Bring a copy of your registration confirmation email and valid photo ID on the day of the conference.

 

Steps to Complete Your Registration

  1. Fill Out the Registration Form

  • Provide accurate personal details, including your name, contact information, and category (Delegate/Student/Accompanying Person) & other mandatory fields.

  • For students, upload valid ID proof during registration.
     

2. Select Your Options

  • Choose whether to register for the main conference, workshops, or both.

  • Confirm your registration type (Delegate/Student/Accompanying Person).

 

3. Confirm Your Registration

  • Click on the "Submit for Registration" button to proceed. 

  • You will be redirected to the payment page to complete your transaction.

  • Also a confirmation email will be sent to you from soarcon2025@gmail.com with all the registration details.

  • Upon successful payment, your spot will be reserved.

4. Payment Process

  • Select Your Attendee Type (Examples: Delegate, Student, or Accompanying Person)

  • If you select "Student," you must provide proof of your student status for confirmation.

  • Choose Your Participation Type (Examples: Attending with any accompanying person(s) or Joining the workshop)

  • The total amount will be displayed based on your selections.

  • Pay the displayed amount via UPI or account transfer to the provided account number.

  • Upload a screenshot of your payment in the designated area.

  • Once payment is received, your registration for the event will be confirmed.
